Japanese Katana Store and its owner assume no responsibility for any action, error, omission, use, misuse, or consequences arising from the purchase or use of our products.
  • We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo ID and proof of age or residency prior to shipment. If age or legal compliance cannot be verified, we will cancel the order and issue a refund less any non-recoverable fees.
  • We are unable to provide refunds for packages lost by uninsured carriers or seized by customs or other agencies.
  • For safety reasons, we do not deliver to schools or other addresses we reasonably deem unsafe (e.g., nurseries, hospitals, daycare centers, churches, certain public buildings). If such an address is provided, we will contact you to arrange alternative delivery.
  • All products listed are intended for display, collection, or lawful use only. Do not use any product as a weapon, to cause bodily harm, or to damage property. Keep products out of reach of children.
  • International orders: many countries restrict importation or possession of weapons and edged blades. Carriers and customs may refuse or seize shipments. You MUST verify import rules and any required permits with your local authorities and carrier before purchasing.
  • Carrying swords in public without a valid reason may be an offense in many jurisdictions. Examples of valid reasons include transportation directly to/from lawful storage, a licensed display, or an approved reenactment. Confirm local rules before carrying or transporting any item.
  • Japanese Katana Store makes no warranties regarding legality in jurisdictions outside the USA. Compliance with local, state, federal, and international law is the buyer’s responsibility.
